The Hoquiam Business Association's goals are to:

• Help local business develop sustainable and increasingly profitable enterprises.
• Promote economic stability and a positive atmosphere for economic growth in Hoquiam, Washington.
• Represent a partnership between local businesses, local government and the community.
• Help local businesses based on their need for tools, technical assistance, advocacy and networking.
